MEN WITH HATS by Quinn E

Quinn says, "I thought of this name when I finished cutting because I thought it looked like a person so I thought I would add a hat because it didn't look correct with a bump."

Shriners sit in small red cars and under small red hats.

That kind of hat is called a 'fez'. It's popular amongst Shriners, and amongst Scrabble™ players trying to use a 'Z' because it's worth ten points. People from Turkey wear'em sometimes, too, but without the funny little cars.
